ONOMIE operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to host and operate our online store.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
An order is considered accepted only after successful payment confirmation (or confirmation for COD orders) and order processing.
Cancellations: Orders can generally be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and will be handled as per our Refund & Returns Policy [https://onomie.in/policies/refund-policy].
Orders that appear to be placed for resale, bulk buying, abuse of COD, or other suspicious activity may be cancelled or limited without notice.
SECTION 4 – PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
Prices are displayed at checkout in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
GST and other applicable taxes may apply as per Indian law. Tax invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable GST rules.
Payments are processed through third-party payment partners (for example, Razorpay) and/or Shopify’s supported payment methods. We do not store your card/UPI/bank credentials; processing is handled by payment partners subject to their terms.
Promotions & Discounts: We may offer discount codes or promotions from time to time. These codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and usually cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to revoke or disable any discount code at any time without notice.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.

Shopify is a technology provider enabling us to host our store. Purchases are made directly from ONOMIE, and Shopify is not responsible for product quality, delivery, refunds, or disputes between you and ONOMIE.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK, REVIEWS & USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant ONOMIE a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such Feedback for business and promotional purposes.
You confirm your Feedback does not violate third-party rights or laws.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time.

SECTION 18 – FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, or technical failures.

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, SMS/WhatsApp where applicable), and you agree that such communications satisfy legal notice requirements.
Marketing Messages: By providing your phone number and subscribing to our marketing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages and shopping cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link (in emails) or replying STOP (to SMS).

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights available under applicable laws in INDIA.
SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of INDIA. Courts located in Chandigarh, INDIA shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
