Where do you ship, and do you deliver outside India?
We currently ship only within India.
Delivery depends on pincode serviceability by our logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sales, festivals, or due to logistical factors.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Are there any extra charges?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes, depending on courier serviceability.
Are there any shipping charges?
No, we ship free of cost PAN India.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
Some products (such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, digital products, and certain personal care items) are non-returnable.
Any brand or category-specific exceptions are clearly mentioned on the product page.
How do I request a return or report a damaged item?
To initiate a return or report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Email us at onomie.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, clear product images, and an unpacking video
Returns are accepted only after approval. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Will any charges be deducted from my refund?
If a return is approved for a correctly delivered, non-defective item, a reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit
