Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
The entire return process — from request to receipt — must be completed within 30 days.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

How to Initiate a Return (Mandatory Process)
To initiate a return, customers must email us first.
Step 1: Raise a Return Request
Please email onomie.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear product images and an unpacking video

Reason for return
Requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Other return requests must comply with the 30-day return window stated above.
Step 2: Approval
Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether the return request is approved or rejected.
Step 3: Return Shipment
If approved:

The return address will be shared via email

Customers must ship the product to the provided address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Depending on the product and serviceability, returns may be shipped by the customer or picked up via a reverse pickup arranged by ONOMIE.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Brand & Category Exceptions
ONOMIE is a curated multi-brand platform.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns policy
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping
