Shipping Coverage
ONOMIE currently ships PAN-INDIA.
Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability by our logistics partners.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days after order confirmation

Sundays and public holidays are excluded

Certain products may require additional sourcing time; customers will be informed in such cases
During high-volume periods (sale events, festivals, promotions), processing time may extend slightly.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery timelines typically range between 1–8 business days, depending on:

Quality Check & Packaging
All products undergo a final quality check before dispatch.
Orders are securely packed using:

Corrugated boxes

Protective dunnage

Bubble wrap or cushioning
to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Certain bulky or special-handling items may carry a fixed shipping charge, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes.

Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email.
Tracking can be accessed using the courier partner’s tracking system.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouse locations.
In such cases:

Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are applied only once, on the first shipment
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners typically attempt delivery up to three times.
If the customer is unreachable or delivery fails due to address issues, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
ONOMIE is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear product images and an unboxing video
Claims raised without proper evidence or beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.
Reverse Shipping Charges (Returns)
If a return is requested for an item that was correctly delivered and not defective, a reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
(Reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.)
RTO & COD Refusal
If an order is returned to origin due to:

Customer unavailability

Incorrect address

Refusal to accept delivery (including COD refusal)
Shipping and reverse logistics charges may be deducted from the refund, or the refund may be denied in certain cases.
Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Government restrictions

Natural disasters or operational constraints
Customers will be informed in case of significant delays.
